Manual alt bite or no

I found this setting and I am unsure on whether to use it or not. Could someone share their opinions on this?

Ah I didn't know there was an option. I am going to turn it on, you can't really scrape a body for organs with alt bite on certain dinos so I would say it's an advantage.

Yeah you want manual alt bite toggled, theres no reason for you to be doing alt bites every time you left click, you want the ability to do a normal attack vs an alt attack

Default setting this box is checked, should i then uncheck it?

Set my alt to a mouse button recently , made a big difference . Just hold for instant alt action.
