Repairing or reinstalling easy anti-cheat helped me in the Past. Not sure if it works in this case.

i had this problem too, use google and this will give you the fix you are looking for:
How do I fix EasyAntiCheat not installed on the isle?
There is a super simple solution that i discovered today. Go to The isle folder for example "D:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\The Isle" then just delete the anti cheat folder. Then go and verify the game files in steam and it will automatically re-download and install anti cheat then you're good to go.

Here is the fix that worked for me, thanks goes to Shammikaze:

Download, install and start VRChat. This will also install EasyAntiCheat. After that, just run The Isle and it should work.

easy anti-cheat folder doesn't contain the "EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe" file, deleting the anti-cheat folder and verifying downloads everything except the setup file. So I'm stuck :/

Yeah, thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not installing another game just because the Isle devs forgot to include the setup in the depot.

I had this issue, just go to the install folder for the isle, and run the "installanticheat.bat". after that it should start like normal

Not installling VRchat only for EAC. Devs should've proper QA control over the distribuition pipelines.

Please fix or I'm returning the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.
