I had to delete my saved folder due to setting issue (i did not have the N key listed for nesting or nesting listed as an Option in settings). since doing so my default settings has my resolution set to 3640x2k or whatever but my res should be 2540 x 1440. dude to this I cant get my mouse to click apply to change the settings and I can't play......any advice?

If you Have Nvidia Geforce Experience, maybe if you go into that and optimize the game if the correct resolution is on there. Not sure if it will work for evrima but worth a shot.

Nope. man this sucks. I played update 5 perfectly with an I7 GTX3080 32g RAM, and I couldnt nest. I noticed I did not have a nest option in the settings menu b/c i thought maybe my N key was not bound. So i deleted the save folder. Then after that all hell broke loose. Game loads fine, new save folder is there but the scrren is set to a render scale of 36.361 with a 3620 x 2080 resolution. However, the game menue is properly displayed as 2540x1440 but the mouse is way off since I guess it thinks the resolution is the larger one. I have to drag the mouse to the center scrren just to choose resolution drop down but I cant get the mouse low enough to click apply.

Ok I think I got it. In the Windows search bar type in %localappdata% press enter, locate and open "TheIsle" folder and from there Saved ---> Config ---> WindowsClient ---> GameUserSettings.ini ---> find ResolutionSizeX and ResolutionSizeY ---> then replace the X number with 2540 and replace the Y number with 1440. Save the changes with Ctrl+S and run the game.

If for some reason other settings seem off including controls, you can rest everything by deleting the save folder, see below

Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
Select View > Options > Change folder and search options.
Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.
Afterwards, at the bottom left of your taskbar there should be a white search bar. Type %APPDATA% in there and open your %APPDATA% folder.
At the top you'll see the filepath, click "Appdata" to go back to the actual Appdata folder, then to local > TheIsle > delete the "Saved" folder.

That’s what I did originally but the default set my resolution to 3200x2080 so I couldn’t click apply to adjust back in game. I knew of the setting file to manually edit it, but was looking in the wrong folder. Thanks for both of you on suggestions and help.
