Frogs
How do you find these bastards? In multiple attempts to scan the swamp only saw one, they seem to be even more rare than chicken.

I think part of the problem is that the dang things act like rabbets and can rush back to the reeds where they vanish like a rabbit hiding in its den. And it's impossible to see where their "den" is in the reeds so it's not easy to get them before they're gone. It would be nice of the oasis still had frog spawns. Because...there's still muddy sludge there and there probably would be frogs (well...there would probably actually be toads but...that's just a specific type of frog so...)
That or it would be nice to have a chance at catching frogs while fishing if you're doing so in the swamp. Particularly if you do so close to where you scared one into its den since logically it would actually have run into the water to hide. (Like, finding a frog and freaking it out raises the chance of catching one while fishing if you missed it on land) You know...just for more options. That or...give us one of the player classes sharing the frog's nutrient. Then at least scavenging works. I know they'll probably expand it later but they shouldn't be afraid of just a temporary thing to use until they do.

So oasis DOES still sometimes have them? Good to know as I haven't found those yet.

I can confirm, found one at the mud pond at the south/center. But they are still extremely scarce, i can easily spend hours searching. I kinda feel they should be much more numerous around the swamp, close to the water. Make them quickly retreat to the water and be difficult to catch idk.

They DO quickly retreat. But instead of going into the water where you might have a chance to fish for them they vanish into a hidden den. I do wonder how much of it is frog scarcity and how much is....baby other carnivores eating them. Because any running over the land carnivore has a leg up over the Pteranodon when it comes to things you have to chase down. Either way frogs probably should be somewhat more numerous then they are. They're not exactly rare animals.
