What the hell happened to this game ?
I used to play in some known rpg clan servers 1 years ago but i wanted to play again to remember the good 'ol times but im shocked with the player base of chinese communists and high pings and literally no any europan server left ? well i didnt know chinese like dinosour n stuff but damn

Everything was peaceful in the isle until....the Chinese nation attacked the legacy servers. (I haven't played legacy in like 2 years so I don't know what's going on with legacy. All ik is that the Chinese servers are like hacked or something)

Only the developer, master of all 4 elements could stop them, but when the servers needed him most, he vanished...

Legacy has no official servers left ever since they switched to Envirma. They're there now. Legacy only has player run servers now. A lot of them are chinese, you're best off not playing those. There are a few ones from EU/US, but they're not affiliated with the game itself. Just player run servers.

But the official ones switched to the update branch, that's why.

I'm playing the version of The Isle that's bin optimised, thank you very much. I love the mods too. It's the version of The Isle we all wanted but never got. It'll take years for Evrima to even get optimised, if the game hasn't died by then. So, Good luck to everyone on Evrima...your going to need it.

Can you be more Specific ? what do you mean by playing more optimised version of isle ? can you send the link ? ive never heard of that

Sure thing. Legacy has bin optimised for low-end devises from years of development, the FPS is smoother and almost NEVER lags. Evrima, with NO optimisation for low-end devises, FPS drops significantly and game-play is IMPOSSIBLE without frequent lag spikes. Unless you have EXACTLY the same technology they use to further develop the game. YouTubers especially need this for the purpose of better video quality and performance.

Seemed like the right course of action at the time. I really wasn't paying attention 100% to the right person to reply too. I guess it is what it is.

My PC isn't "old" it is only 3 years old. Made and bought in 2019. It isn't nonsense. Not everyone can afford lots of computer parts to get good FPS. Some people have to settle for a gaming laptop, around $2,000 or $3,000. Laptops aren't to have replaceable parts. Whatever is inside must stay inside. Other people have the same problems as me, so many people do in fact. :steamfacepalm:

Just because its'3 years old doesn't mean much. 3 years ago you could've put in old parts from 3 years prios, which total would make the hardware 6 years old.


I've had the same computer for over 3 years, witha 2070 super I got at that time, which released on July 2019. I can still play the isle on highest settings above 60 fps.

That is the issue. I have tried it out, multiple times. LOL. Always a toxic community.

I came by here to see if things had changed, but it looks like they haven't.

I understand where you are coming from, but these "5 people" have described exactly the servers that I left.

I'll stop back by in another 6 months or so and see.

well isle legacy basically china now and evrima needs a bit more polishing
