Both herbivores wouldn't mess with each other food as their jaws structures aren't suit to do so. Trike wouldn't be able to pick up enough of these small low laying plants with their long and curve beak to worth the trouble, while Anky wouldn't be able to reach Trike's plant, let alone chew it. They aren't going to compete over any kind of plants even if they are on the blink of starvation, in fact Trike would probably choose to gnaw on tree bark near by more than trying to eat Anky's plant.
Also, why would different kinds of prey join force to take down predators? Each of them would probably try to waddle away and hope for the rex to go at the others instead of itself.
This is why you should NEVER, EVER take the garbage called 'Clash of The Dinosaurs' and its no less trashy sequel, 'The Last Day of Dinosaurs' seriously.
Oh you meant in game situation right...
I would run away as well. I don't even know the Trike and for something slow like Anky, it's very hard to dodge the attack in the brawl.
