Requirements for ULTRA settings??

Hi Folks,

I just started playing the isle evrima with my brothers, and i love the game. But i have issues with performance like alot of people have. The legacy version runs fine, 60-80 FPS. But Evrima is more like 10-40 fps even with low settings. Like how?

Can someone from the devs maybe handover the requirements to run this puppy in epic/cinematic settings on 3440x1440 monitor? I am struggling to play the game because of the fps drops. And i want to play it on epic settings.

Current setup:
i5 7800k
1060 6GB
32GB ram DDR4

Should i get a 3060 TI? Will it be enough? I am reading some other guy even has issues with a 3060. Can the devs make the requirements more clear?

Money is not really the issue, but i am not gonna buy a 4000,- PC to run the game. Knowing the specs needed is much more efficient if i am going to upgrade my setup.

I have a Ryzen 5800x paired with a 3060ti at 1080p with Epic settings. The performance is very inconsistent depending where I am on the map, I might get over 100fps in some parts of the map whilst in the deep forests I may only get 40-50fps.

At 1440p it will be harder to run of course, but these issues are with the game rather than the computers we use. As far as I'm concerned there is not much you can do to keep everything running great all the time until more optimization has occured unless you want to get something crazy like a 3080.

Bare in mind this game runs a lot better with a strong CPU, otherwise you can expect a lot of stutters,

The Isle is very CPU demanding. Probably due to badly optimized foliage ( or badly optimized everything ).

They really should give us better graphic settings becouse aparently nobody can run this game without framerate issues.

I'd help with an FPS count, but it won't appear for me in game. I'm using the steam setting for it.

wrong, evrima is super GPU hungry, it takes me a 6800XT to play ultra settings with "great" fps, that is to say in excess of 60fps

Really don't understand your issues. I'm on an i5 8400k with a ddr4 boost board and a 1080 ti and run everything in high settings, 1080 165hz monitor and I capped at 120fps. Even at sp on a full server I didn't drop below 68 🤷 expensive equipment doesn't mean a single thing

This is probably the issue others have. Like you, I run at 1920x1080 with everything on ultra and dont have issues, but a lot of people want to run it at 4k or higher and that...dosent work well...
