It's a little bit sad they are not even on roadmap yet, so 2024 is probably closest date untill we might see any of them.
Personaly, I would love to see dinosaurs smaller or bigger but with unique playstyles and gameplay mechanics. Stuff like Dryos with their burrows or perhaps Hypsi could be able to climb trees ? etc.
Non combat oriented dinosaurs need to have something special so there is reason to play them. Ptera can fly ( pro ) but sucks at combat ( con ) - this is perfect example of making dinosaur that people pick for different reason than just stats. BoB did huge mistake of making flyers competitive in combat and everyone hates it. The Isle team has much better understanding of why certain species are in the game and they should continue doing that.
So this is what I'm waiting for. Every dinosaur is welcomed as long there is good reason to play it.
Big dinosaurs would need some movement tuning for sure as well. Those forest sections are gonna be a pain for anything as big as a rex
I personally don't like mutant dinosaurs. I prefer the "natural" ecosystem without any kind of human interference type of stuff.
