Pteranodon Stamina Usage Tests
Performed a few tests regarding the stamina usage for Pteranodon as they gain altitude. From the tests holding down Space is the least efficient way to gain altitude as it spends the most stamina while it seems that holding space only as the wings "went up" or "went down" gains the most altitude.

As far as I can tell keeping an even rhythm going of holding and releasing space is the most efficient way to gain altitude. By timing this to either as the wings "go down" or "go up" you maintain this rhythm, spending the least amount of stamina while gaining the most altitude. Honestly, I like this system as if feels like there's even weight to the simple gameplay mechanic of "flying".

What are some of your findings? Is there a rhythmic sweet spot where you spend the absolute least amount of stamina possible? How do you think a system like this will effect something as large as the Quetzal? How do you think a weather system will impact this stamina usage? Will high winds lower the max altitude a flier can gain or would such a thing be a boost?
