Where the hell are these servers located that I who live in the US have a 100+ ping for an NA server????????????

Kinda curious myself. Also, is the server list ping accurate? Or, is the ping in groups more accurate like in legacy? If I see EU, I shouldn't get a good ping lol, right? But, in legacy, the EU1 or 2 played just as good as US versions. Makes no sense to me neither. Why put a label for region if game play ends up being the same?

I don't know tbh I just started playing Evrima and I get its in active development or nearing the end of it. But damn 3 out of the 4 official servers for my region are 100+ Ping. The 4th is in the 40s which is great. The problem with that 4th server is its very low population compared to the other 3. I'm talking 1 digit number low in player population so i'd have great ping but basically nobody to play with.

Long ago, I thought they were going with a 50 cap for players on officials?

They must be all west coast/ central US based servers; I live in Ontario Canada and my ping to any of the NA servers is at least 90 with some > 100.

Most other online games offer a server in the New York region which gives ~40 ping.
