yes, rain and storms. and agreed with the op, the nights are too long.
The annoying part is the part where nightvision doesn't work on shadows so if the moon is shining elsewhere dinosaurs with nightvision are just as blind as humans without.
And I think real time is a multiple of the ingame day-night-cycle which can result in some players always playing during nighttime. Could be solved by setting the duration to a value with a greatest common divisior as small as possible so ingame time "moves through real time".
It’s challenging, but it’s equally challenging for all dinos except the Dilo. I disagree with nights being too long.
I wouldn’t mind days being longer, but night doesn’t need to be shortened...especially because Dilos really need it.
