Looking for a dinosaur game to play

I'm looking for a dinosaur game to play. I was wondering if I should get this or Beasts of Bermuda. Can you guys tell me how this differs from BoB and if I should get this or BoB? I've heard that both games are as of right now the best dinosaur games. I also heard that this game has humans. Can they easily overpower dinos? If so I might just get BoB because I would prefer a dino only game.

humans are not in the game yet this game has better graphics but you can only have 1 dino per sever and in bob you can have 5 dinos per sever this game dosent have flyers or aqutics yet but bob does this game dosent have floods yet but bob does they booth have seamless growth but isle has better isles nesting is easyer then bobs they booth have day and night cycle isle will have stains and is not as relistic as bob this game has more dinos then bob but dosent have talent tree or skill or skin mutations like bob . bob has better skin costomizeation .

Beasts of Bermuda is a dino only game. The Isle's legacy version (or the original version of the game) has dinosaur only game play on both official servers, and player servers. Nothing else, just regular dinosaurs. :) Unless player hosts find a way of adding mutant dinosaurs to their games.

The updated version, or EVRIMA, plans to add humans with guns, humanoid mutants, and dinosaur mutants to the game. In addition, only player servers will give you the option for dinosaur only game play.

When the new version, EVRIMA, is fully developed, I don't know if they'll keep the legacy version around indefinitely, or not. I guess it depends on how many still play it?

I recommend you to keep an eye on "Path of Titans". I guess it will not be as good as The Isle (when they polish/finish Evrima), but it looks promising.

They are deciding only between Bob and The Isle. But yeah, POT is promising.
Bob is a better choice honestly, if you want a dinosaur only game.

Beasts of Bermuda if you'd want something that's more enjoyable now and still will probably be fun in the future.

I would recommend path of titans...it's gameplay and mechanics are already kind of starting to surpass the isle... collision,
Fishing, nesting... swimming and water detail, idle animations, movement
I get that folks are die hard isle fans but you have to admit Path of Titans is starting to pull ahead...that's just being honest.
I like the isle...but right now enjoying path of titans more.
The only thing that really bugs me about path of titans are some of the dinosaur skins..some skins are a bit to colorful, bright, or just emersion breaking..
You will be walking around and all the sudden see a zebra Stripe Dino ...I dunno I don't like it..the isle color skins just seem more realistic...but then again who the hell knows what patterns most Dino's really had..
I know some paleontologist have been able to hypothesize but....yeah🤷🏽‍♂️

its also made by a ex isle dev so they used his speggti code and is reson they had to do a recode to fix the spegtti code from deathly . isle would be way far ahead if it wasnt for deathlys spegtii code .

Correction....Path of Titans isn't using any of the Isles code..while Deathly/Matthew (Ex isle Co founder) does have the rights to use the code as it was created by him(none of the rights to usage were signed away)....it's not being used...
Now you have what you heard and I have what I heard....but I'll entertain it and say...
Deathlys spaghetti code ( I think that is what you are trying to say?) Seems to be doing pretty good on POT Vs the Recode on the isle....one development team has Collision figured out and the other is not quite there🤷🏽‍♂️

Anyway I'm not here to descend into some silly arguement about all that...
Someone asked if anyone knew a good dinosaur game and I provided them with a suggestion and an explanation.

The Isle really needs some proper competition.
Beasts of Bermuda doesnt even count in the same ballpark, its like comparing Arma 3 to NERF.

I feel like this is kind of a ridiculous conclusion. Clearly Deathly was contributing most to the isle development and when he was removed, the team that remained could not proceed without starting over.... Because it is easier to make new code than to read old code, you are not familiar with.

Isle looks like it would not have gotten anywhere without Deathly....It cease to go anywhere with his departure, The Emirva or whatever it's called is in a pitiful state after more than a year in development.....

Whilst PoT seems to be moving along at a brisk pace, with mod support I am betting it will probably surpass the mess of the Isle in due time.

you ovisuly dont know why the graphics for isle and pot looks simular beacuse pot copyed isle and if pot was on steam i dont hate pot but it kinda makes it seam like a scam .

How in any way is it a scam. Just because they both are subjected to dinosaurs, doesn't mean that PoT is a scam. That is like saying CVS copied Walgreens. How can it be a scam if PoT's development continues? They wouldn't even bother developing the game if it was a scam.
