Can I run this?
Hello, so I want to buy this game but I'm hesitant due to a low end pc. My processor and everything is fine it's just my graphics card is low end. It's a Nvidia Ge 710. I know it's bad aha I'm planning on updating it to a GTX 1060 soon but I would like to play the game soon before I buy a new graphics card. I don't mind playing at lowest/medium settings with low graphics as long as it's smooth gameplay so is that possible? Please let me know, it'd be much appreciated :)

Ps. I usually wouldn't bother due to the requirements tab but my PC can run Tomb Raider (2013) on medium settings and the graphics on their seem to be similar to The Isle so idk. Just wondering

I run it on a GTX 660 still at medium-low settings and it still looks great and works fine. A friend I play with runs it on a 1060 on max settings fine. If that helps. Not sure whats gonna happen after the big update though.

I dunno, I get the msg I don't meet the minimum requirements, but mine runs fine. I have low-med settings with epic view distance (without that you're kinda boned lol). My specs are:

I3 pros

8gb of ram

Geforce GT 1030

It runs fine on a 840m (friend has this)

Great. I thought it didn't make since that a GTX 710 couldn't run it since settings are adjustable. Thanks for the help.

If you're fine with lower settings and resolution at lower fps it will 'run'. A 1060 or the cheaper RX 580/570 are fully capable of running the game at high settings with 60fps+.

Yeah, I bought Shadow of the Tomb Raider instead due to the sale so I should be getting it later anyways :)

I run on a GeForce GTX 640 so I think you should be alright

I really don't understand why it's written "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960", on the MINIMUM requirements... They lose many customers who saw that, didn't ask here and finally don't buy the game... ^^

Because that's not all that matters. There's a lot of variables that can impact performance and it's impossible to list all of them. There are so many configurations and what not. Treat them like guidelines. You're better off overestimating it than the opposite, because then people expect it to run but they'll be able to run it at what ,30 fps 860x600 ♥♥♥♥.
