Lakes surrounded by forest is something I enjoy as well to grow juvies.
the north-eastern geyser mountains with all the small pools attract all kind of creatures, but quite some juveniles, or it is because those are way more noticed in that area.
in southeast, between the great falls and the gate canyon there seem to be either nobody, or it is crawling with so many herbivores even a t-rex might need to get the ♥♥♥♥ out of there.
between the rapid ponds and the great falls in the southern area there always seems to be a bunch of carnivores
around the area of the gulf pond you can find anything,
the area between sewer puddle and the west swamp is raptor land
you sometimes see some strong carnivores passing by or herds of herbivores that could ♥♥♥♥ up raptors, but that is it
between east and west swamp...god, you can find anything in that area if you see it...love thart place.
at the twin lakes...well...all the big animals seem to pass there along with some juvis and subadults in the bushes around it. If they seem to stay in that area, they are generally killed before they can reach adulthood though.
dump/bog area...sometimes void of life, sometims crawling of it.
titan lake...same as the dump/bog area, but for being so huge it seems like that one big river where rarely anything passes except for the pretty rare adult mid tier dinosaurs.
then as lat the area between the east swamp, aviary and lone pond...well...most of the time nothing but raptors, rarely anything bigger...it is kinda like the area across the canyon, except actually more void of life since many can not seem to actually ever reach the aviary before dying because of all the cliffs surounding it.
