Controller Compatability?

Hello!

I am intersted in getting this game, but am wondering what is it like on using the controller compatable? Because I love playing games on the controller but it says partical controller support what does this mean and how will it effect my game play when using a remote?

It’s pretty good on controller the partial means only in game use, which means you have to use the menu and stuff on keyboard but it’s no biggie when it comes to gameplay, actually a lot of times I plug my controller up and play when I’m just trying to relax.

I use use controller to play. If you have issues just set up your keybinds in big picture mode.

I tried controller and it makes sneaking and other movements look a ton better. The animation, I mean. Turning while doing anything but running still looks choppy imo, even with a stick. I haven't found a setting to control the right stick-looking around yet, otherwise, I'd probly use it for dinos.

When it comes to shooting, the Kb and mouse is my choice there hands down heh. Will it be a good game for controllers? I'd say yup, with the right config.

Xbox controller uses the right joystick to move the camera to look around.

That's what I'm using, but the speed at which you can look around is rather slow. I was looking for the setting that increases that speed for the right stick. For some reason, I'm having trouble finding it.

Sorry for the late reply beebee and good to see ya again! Ya, for shooters a controller is not so good for me neither haha. Movement with a controller is actually really nice! You can get less twitchy game play with one AND also sneak a bit better too, heh.
