CAN'T FIND SERVERS

after i tried getting a refund on this game. the servers quit working. any help? why is there so many problems with this game and so little support.

Try the two missing server solutions found here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/376210/discussions/17/1693788384133493388/ - It's most likely that you need to adjust/lower your Steam ping rate.

Thanks for the fast reply. but no that's not it i tried the ping thing. nothing works. Can't play the game and being refused a refund.

Are you on the Live, Legacy, or Dev branch?

i do not know what any of that is. just no servers showing up. and this game discord link and email address is broken. this is legit starting to seem like a scam. then steam again now replied they're not refunding.

0 support from both steam and the isle. very bad customer service on both ends. last i buy anything from this place

Uncheck the Secure and/or Official toggles when searching for servers.

@ Rangaba usually when I could not find any servers on the list means I had to update the game.

I'm fairly certain you've been receiving support from Optimus, and now myself. You should take timezones into account before you assume the worst. Anyway, what operating system is it that you use? Also missing servers is not a game related issue, rather it's a connectivity problem on your end, which is still easy to fix.

1. What did you adjust your ping rate to?
2. What anti-virus/firewall do you use?
3. What filters do you have enabled on the server browser? Ensure that your max results box is set to at least 1000.

Yeah. never stop'd it from. like everything is setup to play the game but it's just not working. it's not my pc i know this fosure. it's just refusing to work now.. would seriously like a refund.

nothing works i don't know.

Follow this and add an exclusion to your firewall, exclude the entire Isle folder located in your Steam directory. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4028485/windows-10-add-an-exclusion-to-windows-defender-antivirus

Connectivity issues aren't game related, it's genuinely an issue on your end. Most commonly being the firewall, if you've got a slower internet connection you'd want your ping rate around 500.
