Are you on the Live, Legacy, or Dev branch?
I'm fairly certain you've been receiving support from Optimus, and now myself. You should take timezones into account before you assume the worst. Anyway, what operating system is it that you use? Also missing servers is not a game related issue, rather it's a connectivity problem on your end, which is still easy to fix.
1. What did you adjust your ping rate to?
2. What anti-virus/firewall do you use?
3. What filters do you have enabled on the server browser? Ensure that your max results box is set to at least 1000.
To add to what Punch said, here is a link with instructions on how to access the Dev branch:

2. What anti-virus/firewall do you use? - basic windows 10
3. What filters do you have enabled on the server browser? Ensure that your max results box is set to at least 1000 - it's 1000
nothing works i don't know.
Follow this and add an exclusion to your firewall, exclude the entire Isle folder located in your Steam directory. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4028485/windows-10-add-an-exclusion-to-windows-defender-antivirus
Connectivity issues aren't game related, it's genuinely an issue on your end. Most commonly being the firewall, if you've got a slower internet connection you'd want your ping rate around 500.
