The only adult giga and rex i saw tonight were looked after by trikes. All the dilos and seratos killed all the juvi gigas tonight
. i would expect alo to be above them both but not far away from cerato.
this is a pretty good clip from a great series based on evidence and shows ther bloody and unique way they probably killed there pray.

The problem with using your head as a hatchet in this fashion essentially is that it’s basically almost entirely relying on the upper tooth row and you’re very likely to strike solid bone such as that of the spine , which could cause you to lose teeth faster than they can be replaced making later feeding problematic. Fortunately there are definitely other ways allosaurus could’ve subdued various types of prey besides that.
Planet dinosaur was an enjoyable documentary for the most part but like all docs it has its shortcomings and some of the speculative behaviors presented in a few of the episodes haven’t held up to scrutiny too well in the following years after its release.
TL;DR:
Allo, since it's not in survival yet, I can't say much for, but i imagine it will be somewhere between carno and cerato. Strong enough to fight and hunt anything roughly it's size, smaller or weaker than it is, but fast enough to at least outrun (unless ambushed) most things that are bigger or stronger than itself.
The only creatures it'd have to worry about at adult stage and played compently would really be Apexes, Larger Herbivores, Cerato (if it gets too close), and gangs of carnos. Utah/Dilo as they are right now wouldn't be too threatening to an adult allo unless it was alone got overwhelmed by a stupdily large utah pack or swarmed by a stupidly large dilo pack at night.

Well answers will vary, but i can share you with what I've experienced (pardon me if this isn't what you're looking for). Apex predators (i.e. rex and giga) rule the roost in terms of power, and will dominate the server if given the chance to grow up and gather in large enough numbers. An adult apex will likely overpower any other carnivore with relative ease unless they are are coordinated or experienced in battle.
Carno imo is sort of a hit or miss, depending whether you prefer its playstyle or not. It will certainly run down and take out smaller animals as it's supposed to, but anything it larger than a that's larger than a Cerato or stronger than a Maia will give you a run for the money, especially if they take advantage of your poor turn radius or enage you in a forest.
Cerato is bulky, hard hitting, incredibly bleed resistant and is generally rather powerful for it's size. Once, I managed to kill and heal off an attack from a small alberto rougly my size. (though this wasn't on an official server so that may not have as much weight to it.) They're meant to bully off all the other carnivores of it's size and lower, and could possibly mob an apex even, given that some losses would likely take into account. As a juvenile, they are the literal kings of the small, and have an easy time facing other juveniles.
Dilo and Utah feel like they're in the same enough boat by mean of base damage in comparison to all the larger carnivores. They can certainly hurt you, but not fast enough to kill you in a natural survival scenario. Dilo especially lacks in that department, but it more than makes up for in high dosage of blood-letting, and a superior nightvision to any other playable. Utah is really on the low reciveving end of immediate strength. It can take down a dilo relatively quick, but it's not worth in a 1v1 as you'll likey get bit and die from the massive amounts of bleed. Every other larger carnivore i would not engage unless in a pack of decent size and coordination.
juveniles, more specifically the carnivores, pretty much make the basis of the game's food web right now. With no AI to hunt ( there's apparently oros on thenyaw in dev branch, but with everyone roaring all the time i doubt anyone would really find one since they'd be scattering around all the time and not give a slower, smaller juvie time to ambush it) and all the players usually teaming up most of the time, there's not much leeway for predators to catch prey they would normally go for, which means they'll get preyed on much of the time.
Allo isn't in survival at the time so it can't really be touched upon until then, but it'll probabbly blur between the lines of Carno and Cerato in playstyle, but it's just a guess.
