so what is everyone opinion on the sucho
i feel like it's kind need something
it is so slow and lacks damage imo to compensate for being so slow
i know it is meant to eat fish but there are no fish as of yet, it water movement is not actually all that fast and you can not hide in the water even though it feels like you should
so what are other people thoughts? maybe they do something with the sucho's after the re-code?

Sucho's truly greatest weakness. He's slow as hell in water and is actually NOT the best water dino. Ironic ain't it. I have no idea who designed sucho but damn, yall really didn't want him to have a niche when ya put him in did ya?

Ok, Im just going to clear up a few things.

1) Sucho juve is one of the slowest dinosaurs in the game. You will pull out all you hair in frustration traveling with that thing. I would say everything else about the juve is ok though. It has low bite force, but it should with those jaws. It eats very fast. Baby sucho do need to drink faster though

2) Adult sucho is very good in every way. I repeat it is a very good dino. It beats everything 1v1 and some 1v2 or 3 except for ADULT apex. I would gladly take on a 100% sub rex as a 100% adult sucho.

3) The issues people have brought up about giga trot is a non issue. Ofc a giga should out trot a sucho....really guys why would sucho trot faster?

4) I think they need to redo the speed of dinos when they sprint into the water. Currently a Trex can ambush sprint into the water and catch up to a sucho swimming just off shore. When a dino sprints into the water it should lose its speed very quickly down to its set swim speed.

5) Sucho should have a swim speed that is flat out faster than every other LAND dino (I think it does in MOST cases). I dont really want to increase the sucho swim speed before something like Deinosuchus is added in. I would also reduce the stamina drain while swimming instead of increasing swim speed.

I think part of the problem with suchos right now is they NEED deep water refuges to hide from the apex spam, and there is quite a bit. However, due to the swim speed of apex and sucho right now a lot of the deep water is not actually safe.

A couple of rex or giga could surround lakes like the twins or central lake and not let the sucho get to shore. This leaves the sucho with the choice of drowning or getting eaten on shore.

i can agree some of this
honestly the sucho should be able out swim a apex in water
really apex like giga's and even trex avoid going in the water (but for different reasons. that where some the real apex creatures roamed)

whatever is wrong with the sucho i blame on there not being a true swim mechanic and there not being enough places with open water aaaaand the sucho not just being capable to stay pedling where it is so it can regain stamina while in the water.

besides that, it is slow, but can outrun pretty much anything that can kill it if it sees it in time and it is in fact really powerful

Sucho should have a weak bite that it uses to catch fish, but it should be able to maul other dinos with its claws.

Yeah I guess Suchos time to shine is really after they added the fish-thing. I mean he is not "bad" but really slow, u kinda need to play him on Water and wait sometimes a really long time for food and that can get boring.

what u mean it lacks damage it has the highest survival midteir damage of all time and can easyly 1v3 or even 1v4 allos

Are we even playing the same game? What are you people even talking about? Suchos get water protection meaning they can not be attacked while they are in water. They are also the most powerful mid tier dino. Easily able to kill Allos, Utah, Dilo, Cerato, literally anything the same size or smaller. Sucho can even kill Giga in a 1v1.

You people need to be playing on private servers with actual rules and no alt turn.
