Scenario 3: They actually removed herbi rock because they hate Herbivores but I doubt that.
that being said, removing that place was one of the least good ideas they had
sure utahs are kinda immortal there, but just loading the area with trees and bushes would have solved a lot, or atlually nerfing the utah a bit in regards of speed would not been bad either
