How do people log into multiple apex dinosaurs on the official Isle progression servers?

I was on the #1 NY official the isle server the other day and saw a group of about 4-8 apex herbis befriend a maia, lead it to Oasis, kill it, log out, immediately log back in as T-Rexes in the exact same place and eat it while KOSing anyone who spawned there.

How did they do this?

one of the reasons i can't wait for the new survival mode and nesting system... to see people like these struggle because they never learned how to hunt

People genuinely buy games over multiple accounts to abuse a temporary logging exploit in an early access game?

You dont have to buy multiple copies of the game for that, you can just share games with the alt accounts.

Thats a cheap move though, I expect nothing less from official servers..

Those multi accs would have been those korean/russians that were on the old unofficial servs we had, 1-2 would die, bout 10s after there would be freakin 10 rexs,shantus spawning in instantly and killing off all the threat,nested their own that died with it..

Though ive read something about shared library dosent work anymore - my cousin would play isle off my library after logging on his comp a month ago - said it wouldnt open normaly like last time - read something somewhere saying youd need to buy the game now in order to play it? - correct me if wrong

Seriously, thats evil AF, good to know, i am already extremly cautious with anything that can kill me, herb/carnivore/same-species. Now i will just keep away from anything especially dinos in groups unless its an actual friend.

^This is what I thought happened. Because people who were getting banned from games were just logging onto alts & steam eventually did something about it.

That's not true. Anyone who does that is really just not smart and doing it wrong. People use "Family Sharing" to use The Isle on multiple account.
