The Isle

The Isle

Attack suggestion(Light,Medium, and heavy),and other optional attacks.
Hello this is just a suggestion I have that is basically for all of the dinosaurs that can be found in the isle. The idea is basically that all dinosaurs for the different levels have attack have atleast 2 forms of a normal bite.
Dinosaurs who have access to light bites, have medium as their secondary, and dinosaurs who have access to medium bites, have access to heavy bites.Note not all of the creatures would work like this,as in a dinosaur could have a light attack, and a heavy attack.

Light attack:-light attacks are the weakest of the three groups of attack, but they are the fastest(perhaps there could be a system in place over time, once say locational damage is in,where a light attack can be used to cancel out a heavy attack, but can't cancel a medium attack.)

Medium Attack:- all around inbetween,faster than a heavy attack,but lower damage,but more damage,than a weak attack,and a bit slower.These attacks cost stamina.

Heavy attacks:-The heavy attack is overall the most damage a dinosaur can do,but it takes the longest to hit,and can be cancled out(with locational damage once it's there) by a light attack.

Now for the other portion of the thread is such things as say the pounce(utah already has it),claw swipes, head shakes, charges(Triceratops already has one planned for the future supposidly),grapples, and etc.Note this does not include grabbing such as in corpse carrying.

Now for some example as to what would have what, using apexes mostly.

Examples include:
Spinosaurus Terrestrial:-Light,Medium.Diving(Claw attack may not be possible due to the limitations on the model's shoulders, may be the same for the aquatic Spino.) Spino all around does more damage than the giga, but less than the rex, doing more bleed than rex,but less than giga by a good margin.

Giganotosaurus:-Light,Medium.Grapple(Already planned supposidly.)Giga does less damage than spino, but has the highest bleed potential out of any of the carnivores, light attacks is what'll it'll most likely be using the most.

Tyrannosaurus Rex:-Medium,Heavy.Alternate attack:?.The Rex's bite is all around the best with sheer power. The medium attack for the rex has drastically less bone break, and bleed, but is good for hitting and running,or just putting in some good damage. The heavy bite for the rex is pretty much it's primary method of attack,so it'll be able to break bones, and get that massive damage in on it's target.

Carnotaurus:-Light,heavy.Possibility to kick targets infront of it?The carnotaurus is all about it's speed, and being able to react quickly while hunting smaller target's is important,so a fast attack to nip at them, and give them a bit of bleed will help the chase end in success, however the heavy attack is in place to deal more damage, and hopefully finish off the target(possibly stun on smaller creatures upon hit?).

Utahraptor:-Light,medium.Alternative attacks,Pounce(already in-game)and possible claw swipe(if the model allows it.)A light attack will help grind away at it's targets while it's friends are on the back of say a shantungosaurus, and occasionally getting a medium attack in there for a further boost of damage,to aid in bringing it down. Not much else to say about the utah.

Venom Apex:Nothing for this guy(it was once the Dilo, but that was changed from what I understand.)

Quetz:-Not a dinosaur but still having it here.Light-Medium,(It flies so theres that)Alternative attack maybe a attempt to impale something with it's beak(chances are it won't actually be able to do so due to how it's beak is.)

and that is all for this suggestion, leave what you think about it,and or changes, and I'll gladly read them, just try to be civil.
