Anky is Weak

Is it just me, or is Anky way weaker than it should be? If this game is supposed to be realistic, at least make Anky's attack break bone. Not trying to sound crazy, but that's what I expect from a giant club swinging at you FASTA THAN THA SPEED OF SOUND!!1!

I think the speed is fine where it is though, and turn is pretty good as well.

But Anky seriously needs a health boost, too. A Rex shouldn't be able to kill you in two hits, It's mostly biting into armoured bone.

This game kinda ruins the magic of the anky (drastically for me because it's my tied 1st fav herb), because the anky is supposed to be a slow, bone breaking tank, that's supposed to leave carnivores injured for messing with it. Instead, a rex, or most of the carnivores, can just take a bite and walk away, then wait for the anky to die of bleed or sneak in if the anky tries to rest, that or bite it a few times, because the tail hit box is crap anyways.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. The hit-box! It's wonky. And you can barely hit any carnivores.

So, buff health and make it break bone, and make sure its not Willy Wonky.. dats the gud way to goo

Anky is really weak,....it once had 7000 hp and weight class in a dev branch,...that was never seen from again even though it'd be extremly helpful for anky's survival.

true anky along with other herbs need some proper love! though the dmg is fine as you said a health/weight buff is needed badly as well as a change to the hitbox or a model change in general so anky swings a bit higher up.
it does break bones so i think you were just very unlucky or missed
i don't understand how a rex killed you in 2 bites though since anky is immune to Rex crushing ability a rex should not mess with an anky at all but anky still might end up dead due to bleed dmg

bleeding is in my opinion a bit messed up in general, it's way overtuned, most dinos recover very slowly from it and combined with the outright horrible health regeneration of some dinosaurs it's just completely unfunny to play

Ummm, I killed two rexes last night with the Anky, I died, but I backed myself into a moutain side and went to town. I hit them each about 5 times. They were tore up but I died after that. I am sure they bled to death

Pretty sure Ankies don't have bleed...if they weren't dead before you died, they're likely fine.
