Yes it is. An autowalk would help me with my chronic wrist pain, this is one of the reasons I don't play this game as much as I'd love to: too much walk, no autowalk = unbearable wrist pain, gotta stop playing after one hour.
Look, there are tools like autohotkey that allow you to make your own auto-walk.
