"known to jump on sauropods" well do you have some sort of time machine? It's all speculation and i'm pretty sure thats the dromaeosaurus job since they had those large, promient claws (Sorry if i'm wrong). Anyway i think allo is fine as but everyone has their opinions.

jumping? I don't think an animal weighing 2.5 - 3 tonnes had the ability jump onto the side of a sauropod or even jump at all. though what you are referring to they probably would have latched their claws on and climbed up the side of a sauropod rather than jump as this is probably what allo will be able to do if it ever get's a latch.

Not sure why everyone thinks large animals can't jump. If the animal was as small as a raptor it probably could jump, so there's no reason why a larger animal with similar preportions could not do the same jump. Gravity doesn't work any harder no matter the objects weight, so it's not like if they jumped they would hit the ground and turn into a pancake. Their bones and muscles much, much larger than a raptors, so that 2 tonns of weight would be accomodated for regardless. ^^

While I think all animals in the Isle should have a small falling animation for when you fall off a cliff, I don't necessarily think that a jump animation would be good- especially for an animal with no actual evidence barring documentary speculation for actually jumping on larger prey to kill them. The pouncing should be focused more on the raptor/pounce tree where it will be the only real feature- give that feature to another creature that's stronger than the apex of the pounce tree and the pounce tree becomes moot.

By the logic you’re presenting the Pachy should also get a jump and a jump that matches the height that Dryo jumps or slightly lower, as well as Maia which is simply a giant, glorified horse that runs on two legs

It's the opposite actually. Since volume increases exponentially the larger an animal gets, something like a hyper rex would probably struggle to moves on its own. An Allosaurus is much smaller, but it's still unlikely that its bones and muscles would allow it to jump like a small raptor.

Is there any valid proof they were even pouncers???

Allosaurus fossils possess stress fractures around their hands and feet which do suggest that they were frequently used in some sort of particularly stressful action. Since things like walking wouldn't damage feet like that, it's reasonable to say that they may have used them while hunting.

Also, Allo is still planned to get a latching attack, as far as I know from something Dondi has said this year.
