PES 2016 no longer available on Steam?

Hey folks,

I just received a refund for Pre-Purchase of this game and I can't find it anymore on Steam. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I'm from Serbia... I had the game since yesterday, but then I got the refund and I can't see the game page on Steam anymore. Now it says "This item is currently unavailable in your region"

Well at least they have refound u... maybe in a few days before the release date the problem is solved and u can purchase preorder again... who knows... keep us up to date with this

Local distributors may be preventing Steam to sell PES 2016 directly so you will be forced to buy local dist's retail version.

I'm not sure that's the case, since we don't have that powerfull local resellers here. Everything is possible, but I seriously doubt it.

I have contacted Konami about this and they refered me to Steam support about this. They are unaware that there is some problem with some countries and told me that it could be something related to Steam policy. I'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Hi, guys! I'm from Georgia and have the same problem. I have received an e-mail from steam saying my purchase of PE2016 has been refunded to steam wallet. The ammount is there but no ooportunity to purchase pes2016 again. To contact steam support is a real headache, please advise what and how to do in order to get my pes2016 back?! Thank yuo all!!!

I can't even address this issue to steam support since the suport deshboard requires to refer to game, whereas there is no pes2016 in the list anymore. I'm getting sick of this... At liest the users of steam deserve a meaningful explanation before their games are refunded without requesting it?!?!?
