Regarding your concern, we kindly request you to try the following methods to see if it will alleviate your problem:
(1) Improve operating environment.
If you are using a wireless connection, kindly switch to wired and improve your operating environment.

(2) Check the operation environment in settings.exe, and do improvements until [Good] is displayed in all items.
settings.exe → [Specification] tag → CPU/RAM/GPU/VRAM/Shared
※Default settings during installation for settings.exe will be saved in the following. (Please note that it may differ depending on the settings during installation)
C: → Program Files (x86) → Steam → SteamApps → common → Pro Evolution Soccer 2016
For users playing on a laptop, there are cases where the above-mentioned does not function properly. The condition may improve by expanding the memory, closing other running applications, and other similar actions; however, we do not recommend playing the game using a laptop.
