Pes 2016 will not start
The game does not work after upgrading to build 10586.122 windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

This File "appcache", delete, steam close and new start...

go to program data (may be hidden) / Konami / Pes2016 / save .. delete this File- "Save" ...

I solved the problem in part. I reinstalled the game and deleted all files. I discovered that the problem only in the setting file

I started working finally. I pretty much did nothing. Second time I reinstalled it and opened up steam as an administartor and it worked.

first time reinstalling did not have any effect.
