You mentioned that you used a different account when first installing the game?
This could definitely be the cause of your problem, in order to play, you will need to be logged in with the same Ubisoft and Steam account, where you first purchased and installed/launched the game, as the activation will be tied to both accounts.
After this, you would need to install the game from Steam onto your PC, ensure you're logged in with the Ubisoft account where you first owned and started the game, and it should launch without issues.
If anything else does cause problems, feel free to let us know and let us know the details of any error messages you have which pop-up.

The Games was first installed at VanCamp2005, E-Mail: anjarobrecht@netcologne.de
Now the Games are logged in Ubisoft-Account: TeddyFee E-Mail joerg.robrecht@t-online.de
Both Accounts are mine, but Steam always will start with the VanCamp-Account and Ubisoft says the games are linked at TeddyFee-Account. If I Start Ubisoft Connect and Log in with TeddyFee and Start the games from this account, the games will run with all Saves and winning items since first installation. On the VanCamp Account the games doesn´t appear on this Account. So what is the Problem?
My Suggestion is: Connect both accounts to joerg.robrecht@t-online.de: TeddyFee.
I don´t see a correct troubleshooting from my side.
Now the games running because i have download these fram TeddyFee Account-Side in steam.
Jetzt sind beide Spiele im Ubisoft-Account: TeddyFee, E-Mail-Adresse: joerg.robrecht@t-online.de verankert.
Wenn ich von Steam aus starte benutzt Steam den VanCamp2005 Account (in dem die Spiele nicht mehr sind) Steam oder Ubisoft können das Lizenzeigentum nicht feststellen und brechen den Start ab.
Wenn ich als erstes Ubisoft-Connect starte und den mit dem Account TeddyFee einlogge, kann ich die Spiele von dort aus problemlos starten.
Das Problem ist also eins zwischen Steam und Ubisoft, da kann ich nicht viel machen. Steam geht immer auf den Account VanCamp2005 .
Mein Vorschlag ist, das Ubisoft den Account VanCamp2005 auflöst und alle Spiele, Rechte auf den Account TeddyFee legt und das mit Steam/Valve abklärt. Ich kann da gar Nichts machen.
