Anno 2205 doesn´t start
I haave had deinstalled trhe games several times ago. Now i would play it, so i install it now from Steamside. The games doesn´t start. I have deinstalled it again and start the installation from my ubisoft account and is the same result. what can i do? The Ubisoft-Help is too slow .:steamsad:

I´ve checked the programfiles by Steam. I´ve download Ubisoft Connect and install it new. I ´ve started the game from Ubisoft Connect side. Everytime the same problem, even i´ve closed my security program. It going to start 1 Sec. later it breaks up.

The same is with Anno 2070, the only Games are running without grater Problems are Anno 1800 (I have download it from Connect Side and start it without Security. It will run. Anno 1400 the same.

Anno 1800 Is a free running Edition, even Anno 1400. I have always problems with games that are in Steam.

The only i can say is, if i activate Kaspersky to boost my computer, the program says 2 Actice -xElements have a false registration. Tean you can command Karspersky should resolve the problem. After that i restart my computer. I´ve to close Kaspersky and Start Ubisoft connect. After all I can start and play Anno 2205 and Anno 2070 too.

So, i have found the Problem: IT is the "Steam-Dienst" I think it is a problem that I used another Account First Time of installation, The Account-Name was VanCamp. Steam can´t find the Account because its renamed in TeddyFee and has meanwhile another E-Mail Adress. If I leaving it deactivated the Games will running. But the Steam-Dienst has many with the Community to to i Think, so its a bad Situation.
Sorry for this but i normally speaking german.

You mentioned that you used a different account when first installing the game?

This could definitely be the cause of your problem, in order to play, you will need to be logged in with the same Ubisoft and Steam account, where you first purchased and installed/launched the game, as the activation will be tied to both accounts.

After this, you would need to install the game from Steam onto your PC, ensure you're logged in with the Ubisoft account where you first owned and started the game, and it should launch without issues.

If anything else does cause problems, feel free to let us know and let us know the details of any error messages you have which pop-up.

Im Moment funktioniert es wieder nicht! Mal klappt es, mal klappt es nicht. Langsam habe ich keine Lust mehr mich mit dem Problem zu beschäftigen. Ihr scheint auch nicht Fähig, oder Willens zu sein, das Problem in den Griff zu bekommen. Also lassen wir es halt. Die Spiele werden gelöscht und gut ist. Sollte Anno 1800 auch nicht zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit laufen, wird auch das Spiel gelöscht. Von weiteren Anno-Käufen werde ich dann Abstand nehmen.

So, that are the Facts:

The Games was first installed at VanCamp2005, E-Mail: anjarobrecht@netcologne.de
Now the Games are logged in Ubisoft-Account: TeddyFee E-Mail joerg.robrecht@t-online.de

Both Accounts are mine, but Steam always will start with the VanCamp-Account and Ubisoft says the games are linked at TeddyFee-Account. If I Start Ubisoft Connect and Log in with TeddyFee and Start the games from this account, the games will run with all Saves and winning items since first installation. On the VanCamp Account the games doesn´t appear on this Account. So what is the Problem?
My Suggestion is: Connect both accounts to joerg.robrecht@t-online.de: TeddyFee.
I don´t see a correct troubleshooting from my side.
Now the games running because i have download these fram TeddyFee Account-Side in steam.

Die Fakten: Erstinstallation erfolgete bei Steam mit der Verbindung zum VanCamp2005-Account unter der E-Mail-Adresse: anjarobrecht@netcologne.de.
Jetzt sind beide Spiele im Ubisoft-Account: TeddyFee, E-Mail-Adresse: joerg.robrecht@t-online.de verankert.
Wenn ich von Steam aus starte benutzt Steam den VanCamp2005 Account (in dem die Spiele nicht mehr sind) Steam oder Ubisoft können das Lizenzeigentum nicht feststellen und brechen den Start ab.
Wenn ich als erstes Ubisoft-Connect starte und den mit dem Account TeddyFee einlogge, kann ich die Spiele von dort aus problemlos starten.
Das Problem ist also eins zwischen Steam und Ubisoft, da kann ich nicht viel machen. Steam geht immer auf den Account VanCamp2005 .
Mein Vorschlag ist, das Ubisoft den Account VanCamp2005 auflöst und alle Spiele, Rechte auf den Account TeddyFee legt und das mit Steam/Valve abklärt. Ich kann da gar Nichts machen.
