Cant use in game ubisoft club stuff but they are unlocked

Hey guys im struggling with the game since i have all my ubisoft dlub stuff unlocked but i cant seem to change my corps color nor the HQ any help would be deeply appreciated

oh i belive you but im a star citizen player so im very familiar with the bugs and stuff that the devs face and i know something like this even if its steam(before you had to go thru the ubi launcher too) it doesnt matter, they sold it on steam as this package. This is just them not fixing it or really careing about the fans, ive refused to get anno 1880 because of this as well as the assasins creed stuff, and as you can tell by my library i spend alot of money on this stuff, so while im just one customer and clearly ubi doenst give twi whits about, i do potentially have the ability to bring them more money. I mean i spent 1500 on ships to back SC is it any wonder that with that much money i could also get almost thier entire library for ubi stuff? But thats cool i get it. I am glad it works for you tho it is a fantastic game. But ive been waiting and weve been ignored for goingon three years now, only given the same BS tag that they are working on it etc. Like i said i knowhow this works after being a SC player where we play a game that at times is completely broken, yet they fix it and thats complex stuff.

I encountered this same problem, and thought I would launch the actual ubisoft connect platform/launcher from my desktop whilst in-game, and the buildings, ability to change ship colour, corporation icons, corporation HQ add-on and fireworks ignitor and flower garden unlocked, and I used them.
Seems like when you connect through steam only, although it uses the launcher, the rewards don't connect up until you manually start the launcher in the background.
Hope this helps some people out there.

To anyone still stumbling upon this issue, I can confirm the unlocks in Anno 2205 are working when the game is launched directly through Ubisoft Connect, not through Steam.

For some reason I seem to have 2 copies of Anno 2205 in Ubisoft Connect, as well as some other duplicated games (WTF?), but launching Anno through there unlocked everything directly after entering the game.

But, as this is Ubisoft, your mileage may vary as their stuff is generally prone to weird issues

The "fix" for this problem is OPENING THE GAME FROM UBISOFT LAUNCHER.

Do NOT open from Steam.

Gonna necro the hell outta this to poke my head in and say that it works but also not.

Not sure what I did, but a few days ago all the rewards unlocked in-game (I've ahd them unlocked in Uplay for ages) all of a sudden and I even got to collect external resources. Shut down PC and the following time I played, they were all back to being locked again.

So yeah, still an issue.

Still a problem in 2024!. I love this game, I’ve done really well (with some tips) and I have all achievements I can’t access despite them being rewarded according to the Ubisoft app. Help, please?.

I’ll try this again, maybe I got achievements after last time I launched from Ubisofts app. It launched steam anyway, confused how that should make any difference.
Edit: And, drum roll, no difference, still not in game.. worth a try though thanks for a bone.

Yeah, sometime after my post in July 2023 they broke it again, seems to me because of the new Ubisoft Launcher Beta that was forced onto everyone end of last year. I'll try opening a bug report with the launcher team, I don't have high hopes but it already worked once with another issue, so can't hurt to try I guess...
