The TLDR of the article is that we are aiming on adding these missing rewards back to players accounts by the 11th of November, one weeks time. Please keep checking the post for any updates.

I'd bet this is from their update from "Ubisoft Club" to "Ubisoft Connect"
In the game is missing anyway very much to go through as an Anno game.
Shame what has become of Anno.

It seems I have unlocked somethings that I do not have access to also, they show up in the in game club as checked under rewards. The "solution" flagged above seems worthless since it doesn't actually solve the problems.
Our team were made aware that rewards did not unlock for multiple games when we migrated from Uplay to Ubisoft Connect. A fix was implemented and they just recently tested Anno 2205 to say the rewards are now* activating correctly.
Can those affected please make sure you're connected to the internet? Does your issue persist?

I don't believe you are doing anything wrong. When we migrated from Uplay to Ubisoft Connect it was found that some rewards were not showing in-game for some of our games, however the issue should now be resolved.
