Max level? And my only gripe with the game
Anyone reach the max level yet? What is it?

Also, my biggest gripe with the game so far* is the fact that the meteors are burning when they're falling onto the moon, as if there was an atmosphere.

*Because I'm actually really enjoying the game, so yeah, sans the obvious bugs and glitches, this is my biggest gripe

Well if you want to be even more pedantic: the side of the Moon that we play on is clearly lit, meaning it faces the sun. As the Moon is tidally locked (the same side always faces the earth- this is reliant on the planet in Anno being ~Earth) then that means that for a meteor to strike, it would first need to have smashed it's way through the planet.

As is the case with our Moon there are very few craters on the near side, as opposed to the far side where it is open to space, and the face is literally a shooting gallery.

Let's not go into the fact that the last recorded meteor strike was well over 100 years ago and even then you're not getting one every few seconds. Even if time is extrapolated out as 1sec in game being equal to an hour/day/year/decade the strike rate is way out of the ordinary for a solar system that has settled enough to allow complex organisms (trees, animals etc) to thrive. This is still relevant if the people in Anno are galactic travelers and have merely commuted to the planet; it still seemingly has developed complex organisms so could not be in the chaotic state the game implies.

Oh and I'm currently at Corporation level 48 and own all Temperate regions. But my level is increasing at about 3 levels per hour now. Your cash reserves cap at 4.9 Million

Currently at corporation level 61 but I'm also curious to see what max corporation level is going to be if there even is one.

RavensDaemon, or some other player at around level 100, what is your current credit cap? Mine is currently level 67 with 6.8 million max.

I'm lvl 54 iirc on Expert - and I haven't started to do ANYTHING in Viridian Coves, Cape Amber is full production with only a few houses (YEY for robots that give -99% workforce) and the Energy Sector is like Half of surface with houses... staying at around 300k people... now, getting to start at Viridian hehe... hope to get over 1 mill on Expert in the next 5-7 hours of play... stayed like 2 hours to make my HQ beautiful though ^^ will post a screen when it's finished...

And, no, there is no max lvl... MAX lvl is when you've build ALL surface land and cannot put more...

Thanks for your reply DeVeteran! and by the way looking forward to your screenshot. What is your theory the max in Anno 2205? I estimate about Lev 155 is max. What about you?
DeVeteran Dec 28, 2015 @ 11:53am
Well, max lvl will only get bigger and bigger depending on how many more regions they'll add... this January the lvl will rise, because of a new temperate zone, in the free DLC... then when Tundra will be lanched, if it'll be like temperate for building, then again... because of possible 3 new regions... but I'd say that they added the 1 million mark, the max lvl could be somewhere around even bigger than 155... seeing that I'm lvl 54 and with only 300k people, and the achiev is for OVER 1 million... then I'd say it's more closely to 200... also, people HAVE used the world market in the first weeks / months for buying cheap things from it - like conventional food and making even MORE houses, not constructing production chains... but now, when prices have raised, they're in a bit of a trouble...
DeVeteran Dec 29, 2015 @ 4:21am
How much are you using the World market? For selling or buying? If you're buying things from it, then yes, you CAN achiev 2 million people... but if you're not buying anything from it, and you're constructing everything... then I think it's harder...
Ace Dec 29, 2015 @ 4:36am
yes, i use all 10 world market trade routs

Exsosus - this is my beauty... it MAY seems rather tightly packed... but you have a wonderful park in the front, the HQ, parks around the HQ, a tram for the people that work in the HQ (plus lots of parking space - those 40k employees), a stadium for... well... celebrations... and that's about it... too sad we don't have more customazations... oh, and those 2-3 streets divided by flower beds - those streets are made like those to fluidize the traffic... plus... who doesn't love flowers?

I really like it! May i suggest making your tidal powerplants into water systems or algae farms and transfer energy from the moon to your earth.
