what happened?

played all the anno games and played anno 2070 the most. no muliplayer, no random maps, power never runs out when on the moon, resources never run out, easy to place things, no chalange, only 3 maps? no continous play no storage system no fighting hostiles(badasses)?

im sorry as a anno lover i just simply cant believe what has happened iv already put in for a refund to this game i did not pay 70 euros for this. buts its my fault as well i forgot all about researching what this game could be really like i just had alot fate that it would have everything anno games had but even more.... but this? people you dont understand you will get bored of this very very easily.

now im not saying i know everything about who makes anno if anyone knows a good bit information can you please answer this
did the developement team die or something why the whole big change into something that isnt a anno game?

and after all this is just my opinion

oh and my hours are more than this i had problem with new graphics card with this game that others have aswell so played on friends computer

The game is a major disappointment. I feel like the game has just been seriously dumbed down and had a lot of features cut.

Not all of us want to do the same thing over and over again with just an additional objective (ie: kill 3 instead of 2 which is instead of 1)

Doing the same thing over and over again is the Core of the Anno Games. Random Maps are exactly that the same again and again. In 2205 you get at least 3 different Playstiles for all 3 Zones.

The continuous mode is locked behind the campaign, which I agree is annoying.

ehh no sorry doing the same thing over and over again isnt core of anno games its exploring what you can do and doing them again in different ways your own ways in a free world on different lands each time.. and not being able to do that with friends online is a sad thing indeed for anno now

Just try to fill out the Space on the 9 Regions you got currently. Trust me you don't need any "different lands each time".

I have, and 2205 is 1000 times better then 2070 (still a good game). War in 2070 and 1404 was a Joke. Multiplayer was most of the Time a 2 Hour thing then someone left and you had Singelplayer again.
