Where do i get Diamonds??
Cant find them or anything telling me where to go.

Executive ugrades into Investor. First things you can build with Investor is a Diamond mine. mountain location

What number of Executives do you need to upgrade to investor?

You need to satisfy all of their requirements - the metro station is the last item to be unlocked and from there goes to exec. I cannot remmeber the number needed - possibly 50,000
