I can't hear games voice sound

I can't hear games voice sound
I can hear effect, music sound but voice sound is gone.
anyone know why this is happen?

I have the same issues havent found a fix yet. Try restarting a new game you know another corporation. I havent tried yet but it might work? Verifying the files on uplay, doing stuff in the sound options menu fixed nothing for me. It might be a simple bugg that might be gone if we start a new game after the first patches. But im not certain. I kinda dont wanna loose all progress I made by having to play a new one but its fantastic game voices or not. I also hear everything else in game, music, effects just no voices.

Select language pack at uplay.
Select anno 2205 and go setting, select language pack "English" then patch

I got the same thing after playing for a few hours, sounds just stopped except for the music. I fixed it by going into the sound options and moving the sliders down to 0 and back. I think the latest patch fixed this particular bug though, since I haven't gotten it since.

I HAD the same problem untill I changed the sound on my ENTIRE system from Dolby 5.1 to stereo (which is just about my ONLY gripe with this game....you need a failry hefty machine in order to START this game but then have to put your sound to stereo to hear voice-effects)
