Tundra DLC won't start

can't start game since Patch/DLC anybody knows what happens?

best bet is to get in touch with them and let them help you. thats rather odd, i know. i've not had that problem before

Same for me. Maybe it doesn't unlock until later, there hasn't even been an officia announcement/patch notes yet

When you click on the Tundra Sector you should see what you're missing until it is playable - have you settled the Arctic yet for example? That's the main requirement as far as I can see.

With my installation. Uplay updated, the program hanged for a bit and then Anno Started.

After the title sequence I received a message that Tundra was unlocked. Everything looks fine.

Yep i can vouch for that, i bought the season pass.

Did you buy the DLC, seasonpass or the Gold edition?

I own the season pass - but my reply wasn't directed at you. I was just hinting that Tundra still needs some stuff to happen ingame before it gets available for settlement, just like all other regions except temperate.
No idea what went wrong for you though, sorry :(

It seems to me that my Gold Version is broken

another Question to you, or maybe others who can play the game :

Do you have a CD-key in your Steam lib when you click on the game? There is a Menu on the right were you see "CD-keys" is there a cd key for the Tundra DLC?

I had the problem once with another Uplay game. I got all the dlcs, but Ubisoft thought it would be funny to give me a single cd key for every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dlc. in the end it was playable when i entered the key shown in steam into Uplay.

I fixed my issue - I entered the steam season pass activation code incorrectly into the uplay client. Copying the steam key and re-pasting it into the activation code box unlocked the dlc.

So you bought the Seasonpass? I got mine in the Goldversion. but sadly, it seems that they gave me my Preorder bonuses but not the seasonpass... got a little angry right now

So were did you get the season pass key from exactly? Did you get it in a separate email? Or did you get two Uplay keys (main game & season pass) out of one steam key (gold edition)?

And if you got it in a separate mail, when did you get that mail?
