Asteroid mining app.
Hey all. I have downloaded the match 3 app on my phone, and as far as i can tell, i have logged in on my uplay account on the phone.
But when i click on the "connect" button in the game on the phone, nothing happens.

And my anno game on the pc, does not seem to be any different!?
Do i need to do more to connect these 2 games ?

Hi Mr. Legoman,
did you try it as follows:

Start the app and click on the council space station on the top right side.
Then go to the "Logistic" section and connect your app with the game. (Click on "Connect".)
Log in with your Uplay account.
The only thing you need to be careful with is, that you use the same Uplay account.

Once this is done, you can transfer resources to the main game by clicking on "Transfer".

After the transfer is completed you can close the app and start Anno 2205.
When everything works correctly, you will get an audio confirmation with every launch of Anno 2205 (after a transfer) and your resources will be available.

Seems like i am doing that. But the "connect" button continues to stay there, after i have logged in, with the correct account. I dont get a transfer button, and when i then try to click connect after the first login, nothing really happens.

Not in the app, and not in the game.

I have the same problem as Mr.Legoman. After I click "connect" button, I log on to my Ubisoft account. But nothing happens and "Transfer" button does not come to the screen. It is still "connect" button. At second try, I click "connect" button, then a loading icon apears for a while and then goes back to the previous screen, not Ubisoft login screen. I cannot transfer my mines to the game for at least a week now.

It is exactly as drgt_123 writes.
So Ubi, what should i write to support ?

That the app dont work, or my login name ?

Hey all. At the ubi, forum people are talking about this to. So it's seems to be the game and not us the user that is the problem.

I just got the info that the dev team is aware of the problem and that they are looking into it.
