Global Storage for orbit?

I did all 5 heavy industry halls and got the research for global sotrage everything works except superalloys it says my production is 119 but its not storeing them and i cant use super alloys anymore?!?!?!?

I also have feelings that some of other techs doesnt work properly.
The one in biotech tree that should increase revenue by 10% or so - switching it on/off doesnt change my income. I reported some bugs but ubi forum is kinda dead... players nor devs are not responding.

thats saddning i figured it out you have to trade it to the temperate zone in iorder for it to store which is very weird and takes up revenue since your trading it but oh well
