Military levels
After 23rd military level, i completed several missions but combat points to reach level 24 remain to zero. Cannot upgrade last ship. I complete a mission, gain 145 military points, but still the game says zero experience to reach level 24. Any suggestions?

same thing with 18th combat level

Happening to me at 17th combat level. Multiple crisis sectors completed, but no XP awarded. What causes this?
