Transfering energy- how??

I have the moon outpost with 42,000+ energy credits and able to trade energy. I also have a deficit in energy of 9,000+ in my arctic outpost and ability to trade energy there - why wont it allow me to make the transfer?

You need to have your stations upgraded to the top level before you can transfer energy between then

I also saw a glich a couple of times already, when your first energy route after getting an ability to transfer energy is not easy to set up and requires some specific actions. But after the first one every other energy route is easily set. Sorry i can`t be more specific.

Transfer Energy Is like Trading between Sectors but each sector need a fully upgraded spaceport.

There would only be one reason. The moon transfer station and the Arctic transfer station have to each be level 3. You then set it up like any other transfer route.

I have them set up now, thanks for the help. I am generating enough energy that I have been able to get rid of the energy producing projects on all my other settlements and just transfer as necessary from the moon. For some reason though, those transfers will just stop sometimes, and leave me with huge power deficits (30,000 to 40,000 at each site). then start again. The problem is, it costs me huge amounts of workers each time..? Go figure...

I had two transmission spaceports and nothing I did made it work.. Problem is that it doesn't matter if you even have two transmission spaceports setup if one of those two is not Walbruck Basin . The lightning button at down right in interface does not appear until also Walbruck Basin spaceport is a transmission spaceport.

wow. 5-year necro and the wrong answer to boot. Energy transfer requires completion of the story up to your starting sector getting the transmission upgrade. If you started in Walbruck then the above answer would be true, technically. But it is a story-based unlock based on your starting sector.
