Some traders sell it. Try ones in different regions. You can also get it from missions and one of the sector projects is a graphene generator which will give you inifinte graphene overtime for free

Hi, i need a huge quantity of it and i did those missions too many time, they're always the same.. i got the generator but i'll need a lifetime to get the quantity i need. I'll check with traders but so far i just saw them willing to buy graphene, not selling..

Selcouth Lilith you probably just miss read it but you can't sell rare materials, only buy them

believe me if anyone finds a way to sell them EVERYONE will be interested in those finds, cuz we're all swiming in that s**t

The buy panel is for you to BUY stuff from them
The sell panel is for you to SELL to them from your warehouse inventory

Traders CANT buy* the special materials like graphene. So you are likely misinterpreting the UI.

In the sector with the dam that produce energy you can nearly always buy graphene. You can buy 100 and then you have to wait for a while until it restocks.
After 15min it can happen that they don't sell it anymore.

And another way that is not mentioned yet:

With the Orbit DLC (when you purchased it) you can research a technology that will get you graphene at a constant rate.

And yeah I think you misinterpreting the UI?
The first and default window is for things you want to buy. (you give money, you get goods)
The second is for you to sell your own stuff.. (you give goods, you get money)
