You'll need to protect the sites with shields otherwise they won't function.
Ok well I have been trying to find the site, but it keeps saying "Area blocked". So now how do I get arouind that?
Have you actually bought a crater site yet and put some housing down?
Yes I have. Do I need to put down a sheild genorater first?
Edit: Well, you can build the site without a shield, but it just won't function until it's protected.
ok well I will have to keep trying I guess. I will also keep looking for more info on this problem. lol
The shield generator must be connected by a road, which in turn must be connected to the warehouse by some path(s) or other, otherwise it won't function.
But, that goes for pretty much everything in the game. Without a road connection to the warehouse, nothing works.
Ok I figured it out. I was looking at the mountains, and not the crater wall. Man what a dum ass I am today. lol. So now I need to get some Magniste to upgrade the launch pad.
Just remember that everything you build needs to be connected to the warehouse. ;)
Also, on the game settings, under the gameplay tab, make sure 'Show Building Sites' is selected if it isn't already.
Ok I think that is already turned on. But I will make sure once I get back in.
As everything is so ridiculously expensive on the Lunar sectors, make a good excess of Oxygen to keep your warehouse filled, then sell it in bulk to the NPC at the trading post.
She'll buy it for a really good price, and you can very quickly re-coup your expenses and max your account out. :)
But then I played 2070, so I always build out as much of my starting island as possible. I had minimal arctic and was already in the tundra and orbit zones orbit long before I went to the moon.
But I think I will take a bit of a break today, and relax with some ATS or ETS2. Once again thansk for the help.
