Turbo button?

I was just assigning my keys, and it said there is a turbo button. What does it do and when can i use it? because ive played bout 6 hours now and never used the button

Maybe you saw 'music boost' instead? It only has to do with favoring music to car sounds, I think, nothing to do with turbo/nitro 'boost' -- afaik there's only accelerate/brake in this game.

I also asked it somewhere else and there is a turbo button, but u can only use the button in the stunt races

There is a Stunt mode where you can do tricks with your car which will give you some boost that you can use whenever you like with the "turbo button".
