How do i change controls??

I use a joystick to play, but the default key bindings are weird so i wanna change them, but i cannot find anywhere in the game settings or config where i can change the key bindings!
Please help!

Guys they have hid it very well! But in the main menu if you move the mouse to the top, a little bar shows up and there is a cog-wheel where inputs can be changed!!
