Driving on Water/ Any way to download others tracks?

I've noticed on a couple of the later campaign tracks you can be going so fast that you skip across the surface of a body of water. It would be freaking cool to have have a track that builds around this, maybe like turbo, skip across water to hit big jump, and if you land it right you'll go fast enough to skip across another body of water vs driving through it saving a bunch of time.

Which then had me think is there a way to download other's creations? I've made a couple tracks and validated them, but would love to see what other members could do, especially on of those tracks where all you have to do is hold down on gas and it's built so you will make it to the finish with no steering or brakes, havn't played one of those yet but would like to, saw some cool youtube videos of some done in trackmania canyon
