love all tm games and the new one is very good also. it has some new cool tricks and the handling is very nice as usual. but i dont like to rent a game. the least they should do is to rent it for a year and some gametime hours combined. f.e. ill still be able to play after the year expires if i have some gameplay hours left. Also ill still be able to play for a year if i spend my gameplay time in a month or so. thats more fair i think.

I hate the new one I think it's boring, ugly aesthetic wise, annoying ice and terrible addition of rocket boosters or something it's weird.

It's not a monthly fee? It's $10 for a year of standard access. If you don't resubscribe, you can still play all the content you had access to for that year forever (all 4 campaign seasons of 25 tracks each, as well as all 365 tracks of the day). You just won't be able to access the new tracks once the season is over.

No, it's pretty much overrated just like every other stadium. Historically we have stadium as the most popular environment because it was initially free (first TM Nations ESWC, then TMNF) and that's why it got the biggest audience of all TM environments. Most of the players didn't care, because why would them if there is a free game where most of the players are, and that was just snowballing. Therefore stadium is far from being underrated. It's every other environment is underrated: Desert, Rally, Alpine, Island, Bay, Coast, Canyon, Valley, and Lagoon. There are still many players in TMNF, TM2 Stadium, and TM2020 having the biggest playerbase of all TMs, while all the other environments are dead, except Canyon maybe having few players here and there. So no, it's not even remotely underrated.

The other environments have a high skill ceiling so even then I see a bunch of new players giving up and calling it bad even though it's them.

Some players don't like a challenge to adjust to a new car, I think tm turbo is good for that but I hate how it locks all progression when you can't get past for example red canyon you can't play the other environment red campaigns.
