Check the menu under Multiplayer --> Splitscreen for that.
If you mean online, with two people on one pc on a public server, then to my knowledge, no.
Just wanted to confirm this basically, as it seems like a real shame to have omitted this. Multiplayer time attack has been a mainstay of trackmania since there basically WAS a trackmania.

My bad, I totally missed the "time attack-part" of your question, apologies.
True, but only for one player at a PC, however to my knowledge TrackMania never had a splitscreen timeattack mode. In both United Forever and TrackMania² it's basically identical to the one you see in Turbo.
Anyway glad it was clarified. Had heard a lot of rumblings about how things had changed since Nadeo's acquisition by Ubisoft - I shall consider this an expensive lesson to re-enforce the point.
I get where you're coming from.
I bought this game solely for the time attack mode, which is the one unique thing of TrackMania and for me and my friends the only reason to play this game. Bought it for 40euro's and never touched it again since it only contains awful unplayable splitscreen mode games.
Too bad I got the game but could at least could protect others of making this abismal purchase as well.
