Rytmik Ultime won´t Startup on WIndows 11

I try to startup Rytmik Ultimate but all it does is showing a little window with a loading bar that fills untill its like 1/3 full but doesn´t startup properly.

All of this is happening in a short time of like 2 seconds i can´t even read what is written in the window that is popping up.

My System is based on Windows 11.

Mainboard: Asus A320I-K
Processor: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: Crucial 3600Mhz 32GB DDR4
SSD: WD NVME Drive 1 TB
Graphiccard: RTX 3070

Maybe someone can help me with this Problem i really wanna start using this little program to experiment on it :)

hell oo , try setting up BOTH .exe files in the game folder in windows 8 compatibility mode

on W10 there is this tool. it will show you whats the reason for your crash.

make a desktop link with this target. should work for w11 too.
C:\Windows\System32\perfmon.exe /rel
