Deathbringer's is the second best set for the warlock on the current patch, 0.62.2. Deathbringer's with Sun/Moon is the second highest damaging build in the game at the moment, outclassed only by a Burning Hells warlock. Here is how it works:
1. Each hit with an ice skill procs cold death.
2. Cold death can crit even though it says it is a dot
3. Each cold death hit will keep increasing in damage with every hit/proc.
4. This means you want to hit with as much ICE skills as possible, as FAST as possible, while using a fire skill every 3 seconds to proc Sun/Moon.
5. Be sure to turn off damage over time numbers, otherwise you might experience extreme lag.
To see what the build can do based on the above info, here are two test videos I made using the set a while ago:

and

FYI - The anomaly boss I took out in the first video has over 10 billion HP but he died in about 5 seconds (anomaly level 1233). Also, if the enemy has enough HP to take on hundreds of hits from the ice spears, then the Deathbringer's set would probably outdamage a Burning Hells warlock in the end, making it the highest damage set.
Also would you mind posting the build you used there ? Would like to test it myself
