Update Notes, version 1.5x.x
1.52.0:

Complete Edition:
  • Owning both DLC's will now unlock the new UI Theme for "Chronicon Complete".
QoL:
  • Rather than fixing the bug which lets you autocast skills by hitting Esc while binding the key, it has been extended to also work with gamepads. Enjoy :-)
  • Buff display has been extended so that you can now see up to 30 buffs on the HUD. Debuffs were moved to be displayed underneath buffs (instead of above) because it made more sense.
  • Buff durations are now fully paused during area transitions.
  • Companions now have portraits on the UI displaying a counter for how many are alive and any timers (if they have a non-permanent duration). These portraits only show up when playing solo due to interface space constraints.
  • Added a new entry to the Help Index with information on the Mechanist and her unique mechanics.
  • Added a new entry to the Help Index with information on all enemy Affixes.
  • Larger damage numbers should now display on top of smaller numbers.
Items:
  • Lucilla's Vision (TL Helm) buffed to using 100% of overhealing, up from 10%.
Berserker:
  • Frostwyrm set 3p bonus now increases the maximum amount of Frost Winds by 10, up from 5.
Mechanist:
    Runes:
    • Lesser Rune of Loaded Bombs now Greater Augments to 100% increased damage per Ammo, up from 50%.
    • Lesser Rune of T-342 now removes the cooldown of MOAB entirely (was halved before).
    • Lesser Rune of Rocketeer Bots now works with Entity's Inclination (Artifact that applies Weakness stacks on Satellite hits).
    Drone Pilot (Set)
    • Now counts all Drones, including Turrets with the Drone tag (from the 2p set effect) for the 4p set effect.
    Mechalord's Legacy (Set)
    • Mechalord's Legacy damage stacking effect is now displayed on your buffs, so they are easier to track.
    Skills:
    • Added small visuals for Mechanist Ultimate abilities.
    • Improved Mechanist's Whirl skills so that they are less likely to get stuck when struck by Knockback or Pull effects.
    • Leaking Containers (passive):
      • Now adds Parry for each Drone of the linked skill, not for all Drones of any type.
      • Now have 3 ranks instead of 2, and as such grants +3% Parry per drone (up from 2%).
      • The related Gas Salvage mastery perk now grants 4% Poison Resistance and Poison Damage per Drone, up from 3%.
Templar:
  • Templar Valkyrie 3p set bonus now also makes Sharp Steel deal damage in a radius on each tick.
Warden:
  • Snowy Fur (Mastery Perk) no longer has any cooldown.
  • Improved the logic of Lesser Rune of Norla's Gale so it does not replace Tornados too soon, and will empower more effeciently.
Misc:
  • Slightly improved performance of damage numbers.
  • Improved performance when resurrecting friends in local co-op.
  • Further tightened collision checks for teleporting enemies to reduce chances of them going through locked doors at odd angles.
  • Dead enemies no longer draw Auras and shadows beneath them. (helps performance and makes for less visual clutter in hectic combat)
Fixes:
  • Fixed issue where the game window would open off-center while in windowed mode.
  • Fixed damage numbers getting buggy after hitting 9.9Qi.
  • Fixed "Shoulder-Mounted RPG" (Mechanist Synergy skill) triggering regardless of rank or proc rate as long as you had Rocketeer allocated.
  • Fixed several Mechanist Passives and Masteries that could trigger even with 0 points spent.
  • Fixed weird behaviour with "Machine Guard" Mechanist Pasive and interactions with Companion Passive & Use effect.
  • Fixed some cases where the Drone Pilot set (Mechanist) would need 3 pieces instead of 2 to properly count Turrets as Drones, and where it would consider normal Satellites as Drones.
  • Fixed issue where Mightcap (Legendary Helm) allowed binding the same skill to two slots.
  • Fixed quest "Infestation" granting legacy Elixirs - will now grant 10x Fire Vials on start.
  • Fixed a crash that could occur if a Shrine rolled to spawn monsters, but failed to spawn any due to space constraints.
  • Fixed issue where some monster affixes that modify elements of base attacks (like "Poisonous") wouldn't actually do that until re-entering a zone, so most of the time these affixes did nothing (lol).
  • Fixed issue where unique monster kills would be added to the codex as random other monsters.
  • Fixed the auto-attacking Dummy in Tinka's Domain not properly triggering some on hurt/parry/evade etc effects on players.
  • Fixed some weirdness with Gravity (TL amulet) and satellite indexing that *may* solve the random double satellite bug. Maybe.
  • Fixed a secret thing that didn't do the secret thing. (Secretly)
  • Fixed Battlemaster's Cape not showing the buff/counter for nearby enemies.
  • Fixed issue with Lesser Rune of The Storm Killer not working correctly with Norla's Gale.
  • Fixed Element of Surprise artifact not working properly with Killbot.
  • Fixed issue where the Mythic Axe recipe might still be hidden for some players.


1.51.0:
QoL:
  • You can now right-click Bramley to go directly to the Expedition Tree.
  • Stackable items are now marked as favorite if either the source or target stack is marked as favorite when transferring to or from the Stash.
  • Runestone renamed "Blank Runestone" to further emphasize on the difference between the Dungeon and Elite Dungeon Anomaly rewards.
  • Improved text display on the Anomaly Waypoint interface (mostly noticable for non-Latin fonts), and several other UI panels.
Mechanist:
  • Improved targeting of Rip Blade and Seeker Swarm, reducing the chances of it not hitting anything. (Keep in mind that if it goes off screen too far it will still disappear, so try and point it towards closer groups)
  • Updated visuals of Bomb Bots explosion.
  • Updated visuals of Misfire.
Fixes:
  • Fixed issue where Machine March (Mechanist TL Axe) would snapshot and count companions twice.
  • Fixed issue where Magic Mags (Mechanist Mastery Perk) would trigger on the Drone Pilot 3p bonus, and then cause the Drone Pilot 3p bonus to immediately trigger again, consuming all ammo, effectively not making any difference.
  • Fixed Drone Controller (Mechanist TL item) not granting an extra Drone when using Bomb Bots, and updates its description to be more clear.
  • Fixed issue where Gunner's Toolbox and Lesser Rune of Pandora's Turret could both spawn the extra Turret(s) in the wrong location.
  • Fixed Light Lance (Mechanist Holy Passive) always triggering regardless of listed proc rate or points spent on the skill.
  • Fixed Restorative Tech (Mechanist Mastery Perk) not working.
  • Fixed Dragon Leap (Berserker Fire skill) not being able to hit targets the player landed on, if landing on the exact same spot as the target.
  • Fixed Ammo Find stat (Mechanist) not properly being affected by effects that increase all Minor stat, depsite being a Minor stat.
  • Fixed being able to roll Ammo enchants on non-Mechanist characters while Enchanting.
  • Fixed issue where when swapping from one Mechanist character to another, the Mastery tree would not reset properly and some points would transfer.
  • Fixed the Fire and Physical Specialization expedition nodes for Mechanist being swapped (Fire increased phys skill damage, and vice versa).
  • Fixed the Physical Specialization expedition nodes for Templar having the Sword Hurl and Shield Boomerang improvements switched.
  • Fixed some tooltip issues when opening the Wardrobe or the Codex when using a gamepad.
  • Fixed the Mythical Axe crafting recipe not having the correct icon and missing its name.
  • Fixed crash from opening the Device Slotter and some other UI windows after having browsed page 2 or higher in the Shared Stash using a controller.
  • Fixed issue where you couldn't send your beast to sell Unique items sometimes when clicking the sell button (overlapped with the stat page buttons).
  • Fixed similar issue with some buy row buttons of the Shared Stash. (this could also in some cases lead to a crash!)
  • Fixed issue where you had to enable hit numbers AND indirect damage numbers to be able to see indirect numbers (now you can disabled "Player Hit Numbers" if you only want the indirect numbers).
  • Fixed rare crash on entering Hidden Canyon.
  • Fixed issue where you could get softlocked when dying in the Eazima fight just as she changes phase - she will now politely make sure you are alive before vomiting you up.
  • Fixed several issues with the Eazima fight and mobility skills causing you to fly away during phase changes (and other weird issues).
  • Fixed DLC Beast Materials dropping from story areas.
  • Fixed some skill typos.
  • Fixed several "Missing Text" in the German translation.
  • Fixed several localization issues and incorrect translations.
  • Fixed problems syncing saves between PC/Linux/Steam Deck. Hopefully.


1.50.7
  • Lowered volume of the M3D1C companion.
  • Fixed Flame Zag adding ammo instead of consuming it.
  • Fixed "+x Max Ammo" enchants not being translated.
  • Fixed Power Bots not granting any Holy Damage when activated.
  • Fixed bad offsets and some cutoff on tooltips in some languages (like French).
  • Fixed Laser Drones causing a crash.
  • Fixed The Mechanist having a Templar Holy Mastery node instead of her own Holy Mastery node.
  • Fixed some set bonus typos.
  • Fixed issue where any newly created character wouldn't show up on the Load Hero screen until the game was restarted.
  • Fixed Lancer (Legendary gun) dropping earlier than its other element counterparts (was 5, is now 15).


1.50.5
  • Prepared for Mechanist release...
  • Added more stash tab icons (right click stash tab icons to cycle the image) - these additions may have shuffled your currently selected ones.
  • Skills "Poison Arrow" and "Vine Shot" (Warden) are now Archery skills rather than Nature.
  • Fixed several thrown skills not breaking breakable objects they pass through.
  • Fixed some skills that can change behaviour with an item/power (like Screaming Skulls) not breaking breakable objects properly when changed.
  • Fixed Gargoylantuan (boss) not being localized in the cutscene.
  • Fixed several misc localization issues (including bad developer grammar and typos).
  • Fixed issue with copying hardcore characters to the test builds.
  • Fixed issue where the skill in the leftmost slot would require "force attack" to be held when using click to move.
  • Fixed UI related crash that could occur when sending the Beast to sell items.
  • Fixed crash on verifying older hardcore character save files.


1.50.3:
  • Added an additional stash tab for everyone.
  • Fixed the game not launching issue.
  • Fixed some bad tooltips and misc typos.
  • Fixed several issues with localization where a game restart was needed to fully update the changed language.
  • Fixed several instances of overlapping or bad padding in tooltips and UI elements.



1.50.1
  • Added more shorthands for really large numbers.
  • Items no longer roll enchants/stats that are exclusive to a class that isn't being played, ie no longer getting random Shadow Damage when not playing a Warlock or Ammo enchants when not playing Mechanist.
  • Fixed some missing text in localizations.
  • Fix for game not starting properly on Steam sometimes.

1.50.0:
Notes:
  • This update prepares the base game for the next DLC: The Mechanist.
  • There are also some tweaks, QoL additions, and fixes for the base game.
New Language:
  • German.
Controls:
  • Added support for mouse side buttons.
Events:
  • Seasonal Events (Christmas, Halloween) are now repeatable each year on the same character.
  • The Christmas event now runs from Dec 1st to Dec 30th (Was 15th-31st).
Enemies & Combat:
  • Slightly increased collision boundaries for Goblins so they are less likely to warp through doors.
  • This also affects the Anomaly Bosses which are Goblins.
  • Multiplied Dummy health by 100 since you guys keep killing them.
Items & Loot:
  • Beast Foods drops no longer play the crafting material sound.
  • Tarot no longer gives you legacy items.
  • Injectors and launchers now drop from level 50 and up and on Heroic or higher difficulty, where most rare special items & materials start dropping.
  • Injectors and Launchers now also require you to have access to the Device Slotter (endgame area) before dropping.
  • Masochist Set (Warlock) weakness stacking is now multiplicative with other sources of weakness, rather than additive.
Interface:
  • Monster health% display on the endgame interface gets converted to shortened numbers when it starts to get silly.
  • Same for Largest Damage Dealt in statistics.
  • Damage and Mana now also shorten to M,B, etc on the quick stat reference in the inventory rather than overlapping when you get high amounts.
  • Added Ancient Forest loading screen to western expeditions.
  • Added new DLC button to the menu.
  • Updated Credits.
Performance:
  • Some rare stuttering issues should now be fixed.
  • Audio-related performance issues have been improved.
  • Combat performance should also be slightly improved in hectic situations.
Skills:
  • Masteries which increase proc rates multiplicatively should now properly go beyond 100% with Crown of Innate Possibilities, since this makes sense.
  • Seeds (Warden synergy passive) now bases damage off Razor Tips as the tooltip suggests.
Sound:
  • Sounds that play super frequently should now lower their volume a bit in the most chaotic instances.
Stats:
  • Added a new "Parry" stat which works like Evasion. This stat is currently reserved for the upcoming new Class :)
Fixes:
  • Fixed some text errors in English and French.
  • Fixed Elixir of Movement Speed giving half the listed amount.
  • Fixed some starter items being flagged as Legacy items.
  • Fixed some skills and satellites using incorrect targeting, and targeting things out of range (and therefore being unable to attack them).
  • Fixed expedition passive "Prowler" not affecting the berserker "Chilled" weaken passive.
  • Fixed Warlock not being able to roll bleed damage% on Spellbooks.
  • Fixed Death Knight (Warlock Ultimate) giving 20% instead of 25% Bane skill damage.
  • Fixed rare crash that could happen when using Shattering Blow as you enter a portal as Berserker.
  • Fixed crash when using a controller and pausing to exit Korem's final quest end speech.
  • Fixed Finder's Keep artifact not revealing chests after re-entering a zone.
  • Fixed issue where Expedition and Artifact progress could snapshot and carry over between HC and SC characters.
  • Fixed Anomaly League progression also being able to carry over between SC and HC in some circumstances.
  • Fixed some errors in the base English text which may have lead to older versions of texts being loaded in.
  • Fixed issue where Storm Fists (Berserker) were only hitting once per second for a quarter damage, rather than 4 times per second.
  • Possible fix for rare crash from dialogue navigation with controllers.
  • Possible fix for companions sometimes forgetting special abilities after changing areas.
