what is gibbing a foe?
i keep seeing items with "restore heath after gibbing a foe" kind of thing written on them, but can't seem to find any skill with "gibbing" in it. what is it ?

I can't tell if you're serious or not but it's just a stupid internet colloquialism for killing a mob.

sry never heard that term used before , thanks for the info . i thought it may be something like that but needed to be sure

It is. When you deal so much damage to it that it dies instantly... that's considered a "gib". I believe the term was coined back in the days of Quake and whatnot. Unsure though.

I've found most gib-type items are near-useless for Berserker (at least with my current build), but on my even-low-level Warlock, I gib quite frequently.
to clarify, "gibs" are related to the bloody corpse parts similar to guts appearing when an ennemy is destroyed by one big hit. It appeared first back in doom i think.

Yup - it is when you make something explode into meaty bits (or for ghosts instantly disappear).
